Bag Pack Success

 

Several Colliers players, parents and coaches took part in a bag pack at Tesco in Rutherglen at the weekend. Some players made a huge effort on the day by doing the park run at Strathclyde Park before bag packing for hours, and some packed bags then practiced in the afternoon.

 

Club Development Officer Ross Hutton commented: “I am extremely grateful to all those who turned up to help out.”

 

“We raised £707.01 thanks to the efforts of just a small number of Colliers.

 

“It was great to see parents involvement on the day and helped make it more successful.

 

“The money raised is just a small part of our fund raising goals for this season and hope to see more of our members get involved in future.”

 

Overall, it was a great day with everyone in good spirits.
